Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ink and Oranges. We are committed to providing you with a great experience, from the moment you place your order to when your package arrives. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, including information about potential delays due to stock or production.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Some of our products are handmade, which may require longer lead times. If an item is not in stock or requires additional production time, this will be noted on the product page, and we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.

     

  • Handmade Items: As some products are made to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for production before shipping.

     

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
    Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. We use Sendle, which provides reliable and carbon-neutral delivery within Australia.
    As a general guide, shipping usually ranges from $9 to $30 AUD, with estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.

Shipping to the USA

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, but please note that some items may require additional production time (up to 3 weeks) if they are out of stock or handmade.

     

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
    Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

    • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

    • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days.

     

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers in the USA may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges upon receiving their orders. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Shipping to the European Union (EU)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, but please note that some items may require additional production time (up to 3 weeks) if they are out of stock or handmade.

     

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
    Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

    • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

    • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days.

     

  • VAT and Import Taxes: Customers in the EU may be required to pay VAT and/or import taxes upon receiving their orders. Please note that Ink + Oranges is not responsible for these charges.

Stock and Production Delays

  • Handmade and Out-of-Stock Items

    • Many of our products are handmade, and we rely on external suppliers for some materials. If your order includes an item that is out of stock or requires extra time to produce, please allow up to 3 weeks for production and delivery. Estimated shipping time is not listed on the product page, but you will be notified via email after placing your order with the expected timeframe.

      In the event of a delay, you will have the following options:

      • Wait for the product to be restocked or produced

      • Request a refund

      • Choose an alternative product if available

  • Pre-Order and Back-Order

    For items listed as pre-order or back-order, the estimated availability and shipping timeframe will be provided via email after purchase. These items will be clearly marked as PRE-ORDER on the product page.

    If an item is currently unavailable and not in production, it will be listed as SOLD OUT

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you experience any issues with tracking or have questions, please contact us at ink.oranges@outlook.com

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, there may be delays beyond our control, such as those caused by customs, holidays, or courier issues. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues that arise.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
